Terms & Conditions

By activating a membership, the customer agrees to pay a recurring monthly charge for the selected Unlimited Club membership. The first charge to the customer will be on the date the customer joins, and the recurring charges will be charged on the anniversary date each month thereafter.

Subscriptions purchased after the 28th of the month will have the anniversary reset to the 28th. Note that each vehicle on the account will have its own anniversary date (i.e. charges may be on multiple days of the month depending on when membership started for each vehicle). A valid credit card is required to participate in the unlimited club. The monthly club fee will be automatically charged to the customer’s credit card each month.

It is the customer’s responsibility to update Brite Brothers of any contact or billing changes. Customers can update this information themselves through the Brite Brothers app or by calling/visiting a Brite Brothers location. If Brite Brothers is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to expiration or other factors, the customer’s participation in the unlimited club will be suspended. All vehicles in the Unlimited Club must conform to Brite Brothers Car Wash standards. Posted notices about what vehicle types/characteristics are acceptable (height, ground clearance, after-market accessories, etc.) apply to unlimited club members.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time by the customer through the “Manage Account” section on our website, on the Brite Brothers app, or by calling/visiting a location (note: voicemail cancellations will not be accepted). If cancelling membership, the unlimited club access will remain in place until the next pay period. No prorated refunds will be given for cancellations. If the customer wishes to change to a different level of unlimited membership, the customer must contact one Brite Brothers location for assistance.

Unlimited Club memberships are intended to be used only by the registered vehicle/s. Misuse of the membership will result in the termination of membership with no refunds. Brite Brothers Car Wash reserves the right to increase monthly rates with 30 days’ notice to members. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
